Each package contains 4 fresh chorizo sausages with an average total weight of approximately 1 lb. These sausages are fresh and uncooked.

Our chorizo is made with ground pork and a traditional blend of chile guajillo, paprika, garlic, cumin, oregano, and apple cider vinegar. The result is a rich, savory sausage with just the right amount of warmth and depth.
