Chicken Hearts

Each package includes Avg. 0.7 lbs. of pasture-raised chicken hearts, approximately 40 hearts per package. Carefully trimmed and cleaned, they are ready for sautéing, skewering, or adding to soups and stews.

Chicken hearts require detailed, hands-on processing. Each individual heart must be properly trimmed and prepared, which makes this one of the more labor-intensive items we offer. That time and care are reflected in the price, but it ensures a clean, well-prepared product you can cook with confidence.
